These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Binny website, services, and subscription-based bin valet offering ("Service"). By accessing or using our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Binny is a residential trash and recycling bin valet service. We move your bins to the curb the evening before collection and return them after pickup. Service days are aligned with your community’s trash schedule.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate residential information

  • Reside within our current service areas

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Service is billed on a monthly basis

  • All new users may be eligible for a free trial period

  • After the trial, payments are charged automatically unless canceled in advance

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or an equivalent third-party payment provider

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle

  • Refunds are not issued for unused service days within an active billing period

  • To cancel, contact us at Binnytakesthetrash@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using Binny, you agree to:

  • Leave your bins accessible and unlocked on service days

  • Ensure there are no obstructions preventing us from performing the service

  • Notify us of schedule changes, holidays, or road access issues

We are not liable for missed service if access to bins is blocked or unsafe.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change pricing, billing schedules, or service availability. If major changes occur, customers will be notified at least 14 days in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Binny is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by third-party waste collectors

  • Missed pickups due to unforeseen neighborhood disruptions (e.g., construction, road closures)

  • Personal items left in or around the bin area

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

  • Payments fail or accounts become delinquent

  • Customers violate these Terms or interfere with operations

9. Use of Website

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Disrupt or attempt to compromise our systems

  • Misuse forms or submit false information

  • Copy, scrape, or repurpose content without written permission

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be handled within the appropriate courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
